Hong Hao is professor in Earthquake Engineering Research and Test Center, Guangzhou University, China and John Curtin Distinguished professor, Curtin University, Australia, and an Australian Laureate Fellow. His research interests are structural dynamics and its applications to structure protections against earthquake, blast and impact loads, as well as structural condition monitoring. 

Guo-Qiang Li is a professor of structural engineering in Tongji University, the director of Research Center of Education Ministry of China for Steel Construction and the director of National Research Center of China for Pre-fabrication Construction.  He is also a vice-chairman of Chinese Society of Steel Construction and a vice-chairman of Chinese Association of Construction Standardization. 

Professor Vasant Matsagar is currently serving as Professor and Dogra Chair in Structural Engineering in the Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He is Founding Director and Fellow of the Council of Vibration Specialists (CVS), and incumbent Vice-President of the Indian Society of Earthquake Technology (ISET). He has received several fellowships such as that from Fulbright Commission, Humboldt Foundation, Erasmus, ASEM-DUO India.

Piotr W. Sielicki is a professor at Poznan University of Technology (PUT) Poland at the Institute of Structural Analysis, Faculty of Civil and Transport Engineering and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the Polish Academy of Science in Poznan and vice-president of the International Association of Protective Structures (IAPS). His primary background is civil engineering with strong input on computational, material strength sciences and experimental validation.

Wu Bo is vice-president of South China University of Technology. He received the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2010 and was appointed the Changjiang Distinguished Professorship by the Ministry of Education in 2012. His research focuses on utilization of construction and demolition wastes and structural fire resistance.
